Little Things To Avoid

• Avoid applying lotion, cream or any beautifying products
  
  The fishes live in unique domain with controlled PH level, clean environment and stabilize ions which resembles their original habitat. Some of the chemical in the feet products might be poisonous to the fishes and contaminate the ponds.
  
  
• Avoid fish therapy if you have injuries

While the fishes are not out for your blood even if your feet are injured with blisters and cuts, it is not advisable as the skin around the wound is still tender and sensitive, and for hygienic purposes as you will be sharing the pool with other visitors.

• Avoid moving your feet too much underwater

Try not to splash about when your legs submerged into the water, as kicking about will only disrupt the fishes that are feeding on your legs, and scared them away from you. Besides, these fishes are extremely small and delicate, like little anchovies, a swipe of your feet might caused them big harm.

Hygiene And Cleanliness ~ Our system IS custom made

Our system was custom made and we take every precaution to ensure the highest level of hygiene. The pools are cleaned and water is changed once a day, every 3 hours, 10% to 20% of the water is discharged or pumped out while fresh water is pumped in. The water is treated with ultra violet sterilizers to kill bacteria and the pools are equipped with a specially designed filtering system to control PH level, stabilize ions and sift out big particles like fish food, fish waste and etc. Besides, high level of oxygen is pumped into the system to ensure a healthy nitrogen cycle. In short, the level of hygiene in our pools are likely to exceed a hotel swimming pool :)
